The Community Supported Herbalism baskets are making a comeback this spring!
I am so excited to be designing products to help cleanse your bodies and boost you up for the high energy of the summer season.
Traditionally detoxification was done in the Spring and Fall, and with the balance of the light and dark, we can take this time to create balance in our bodies as well. In Chinese Medicine the spring season focuses on the liver and gallbladder, each month there will be support for these organs in the basket. Other important areas of interest this basket season will be

Each month you will receive a package of herbal medicine products and a write up about the herbs included in your bundle so you can deepen your knowledge and connection with plants while they support you to find ease in your everyday life. The plants will be in various forms such as; tinctures, syrups, oxymels, pastilles, honey, mask, tea, soap, salve and, maybe even ghee. Remember the year I did the herb infused ghee???

If you would like to subscribe to the monthly program and you live out of Powell River and need Express Post, you can add a fee of $45 to ship monthly anywhere in Canada. Alternatively you can have them shipped in 2 packages, or 1 at the end of the program.
