In this workshop series, you will learn the foundational skills of making plant medicine. We will spend each week learning how to weave plant medicine into your everyday life so that you are more supported and connected to nature. The focus of this series is to learn, how to learn about plants and dive into the endless information that is readily available through meditation, intuition, books and fellow herbal enthusiasts.
Each week we will focus on a group of herbs and use those to;
• Prepare Traditional Medicines such as; Teas, Tinctures, Infused Oils, Pastilles, Syrups, and Salves.
Some of the groups of herbs we will study are; Digestive, Hormone Balancing, Stress/Sleep, and Immune Support.
During the first workshop, we will share our journey with plant medicine and what types of Plant Medicine everyone is most interested in learning about during the 4-week series.
You will go home with a binder full of detailed class notes and a bag full of natural medicine to add to your collection at home.
