This is my spin on a traditional Fire Cider recipe. Use this formula to warm up your insides and break up congestion. I added Hibiscus for the high amounts of vitamin C and the beneficial anti-oxidants. Garlic is traditionally used to treat colds and coughs. It's also reported to boost the immune system and help ease asthma symptoms. Rosemary is a rich source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, which boost the immune system and improve blood circulation.
An Oxymel is a combination of herbs infused in Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey. Apple Cider Vinegar extracts more of the vitamins and minerals than extracting in alcohol and it is also a wonderful way to receive the benefits of herbs when you don't tolerate alcohol in tinctures.
Ingredients: Ginger, Garlic, Horseradish, Hot Pepper, Hibiscus, Rosemary, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey.
Recommended Dose: Take 1 dropper 1-3 x daily.
